Who we are

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the data you enter yourself: full name, phone number, e-mail address, origin and destination addresses, preferred date and the content of your message.

For security reasons we also temporarily record the IP address the enquiry was sent from, to prevent abuse of the form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and arrange the service. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps

Our contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data about your device and page interaction to prevent automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

The map on the Contact page is only loaded once you activate it yourself.

Retention and sharing

We keep the data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver the service, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. A technically necessary session cookie may be set temporarily when a form is submitted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
